We agreed with Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, and Ministers Oleksii Sobolev and Denys Uliutin to prepare several support programs for Ukrainians.

In particular, the Ministry of Social Policy is to develop by April a special supplement program for Ukrainian pensioners and other groups in our society eligible for social assistance. At least 13 million Ukrainians will receive this supplement, amounting to 1,500 hryvnias. The funds should be distributed without any bureaucracy and will be automatically credited to those whose income level shows they need support.

The Ministries of Economy and Energy of Ukraine are also to prepare a support program for those of our citizens who are currently under particular pressure due to the destabilization of the fuel market caused by the situation around Iran and the reduced global oil supply. This program will cover diesel, petrol, and LPG consumers in Ukraine and will work through a cashback system to offset part of their fuel costs. I tasked Yuliia Svyrydenko with working out the details of these support programs today and tomorrow and presenting them to the public.
